Eligibility and account responsibility
A user must be legally capable of entering the requested transaction and must provide accurate information. Login credentials, OTPs and authorised devices must be kept secure. Activity performed through an authenticated account may be treated as authorised until Hyper EV is notified of compromise.
Marketplace and third-party fulfilment
Hyper EV may connect customers with approved dealers, manufacturers, service professionals, financiers, insurers or other providers. A quotation, reservation or enquiry is subject to availability and the final terms shown before confirmation. Vehicle registration, finance approval, insurance issuance and third-party delivery remain subject to the responsible authorised provider.
Prices and payments
The amount, currency, taxes, platform or visit fee, shipping or delivery charge and applicable refund terms are displayed before payment where the feature is live. Payment success is recognised only after server verification from the authorised payment provider. A browser redirect, screenshot or customer-supplied reference alone does not prove settlement.
Service estimates and completion
A visit fee covers only the scope disclosed before payment. Diagnosis may produce a separate itemised labour and parts estimate. Repair work requiring approval will not proceed until the authorised customer accepts the applicable estimate. Safety-critical advice does not replace emergency services or manufacturer instructions.
Finance, insurance and warranties
Hyper EV may compare or explain available information, but the authorised financier, insurer, manufacturer or provider makes the final decision and issues the binding policy, loan, warranty or approval. Estimated range, savings, battery health and trip information are not guarantees.
Acceptable use
Users must not submit false documents, impersonate another person, manipulate vehicle or battery records, bypass access controls, abuse payment or refund processes, scrape restricted data, introduce harmful code or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Cancellation, delivery and refunds
The Shipping and Service Delivery Policy and Cancellation and Refunds Policy form part of these Terms. Transaction-specific terms shown before payment prevail where they provide clearer customer rights and do not reduce non-waivable statutory rights.
Liability, suspension and governing law
Hyper EV may restrict access to protect customers, the platform or legal compliance, with human review where required. Liability exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India; mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
